That wikipedia entry was very interesting.
I see they have broken 'Bipolar' down into more sub categories. And that makes sense to me as an observer.
And diagnosis is so important as far as getting on the right meds. They have a lot of good meds nowdays.
As part of a bipolar person's support system and a close observer for many years I just want to say....Be sure to take your meds regularly. And stay in close touch with your Dr. so that you can get med adjustments as often as you may need them.
The whole bipolar thing is like riding a wave ~^~^~^~^~. Up and down, up and down, in your own rhythm and timing. The meds are often a little behind the curve as you try to deal with where you are at on the ride at a particular moment.
So it may not be perfect, but SO much better than trying to do it without them. It can smooth out the ups and down a lot.
