OK, not exactly an SF comic book but one that should appeal to SF types. "Logicomix" by Apostolos Doxiadis and Christos H. Papadimitriou is an investigation of the limits of mathematical and logical reasoning, presented through episodes in the life of Bertrand Russell and featuring the likes of Frege, Cantor, Godel and Wittgenstein. It succeeds astonishingly well both as a human story and as a relatively painless primer in the theory of computation. Any computer scientists reading this may recognise Papadimitriou as the author of classic texts in the field.
