just some FYI on this forum...I see a lot of this:

..notice the quote tags.

When you submit/preview, if you have:
"Disable BBCode in this post" flag checked, this won't be displayed and your post will include the quote tags right in the text.

to do it properly...

...uncheck the "Disable BBCode in this post" box.

Then you will get:

This is a quote

It looks a little nicer this way, especially if you are responding to a previous post and want to make reference to something someone else said.
