ahhh something to do with Time...

I read this book back, way long ago.. but man i can't remember the name. i'm going c r a z y!

as far as i can remember...

there is this girl who has the ability to travel back in time, and it's triggered when she enters this old mansion. well she goes back and meets the family of the old mansion, falls in love with the son, visits the beach, makes this other girl jealous.. and if i can remember right i think there is a murder. one of the servants ispushed down the stairs but no one knows who.. so... hmmm. then a bunch of other things, and i know somewhere in the story the mansion ends up getting bull dozed... that's all i can remember. i know there are 2 sequels written also, but again, i have no idea....
