About the forum game

Ok, let's give it a try. And also try to think of it as a real story, with a beginning, a middle, and someday an end. We can even talk about it here. Since the genre is clearly "sports story", we need to decide who the underdog is, why we love them, why it looks nearly impossible for them to win, and how they win in the end. Westerns have seven plots, south sea island stories have three plots, but sports stories have only one plot: the underdog wins.

I was hoping for a new one, but I'll go with whatever it is.
I was kinda hoping for something a little more science fictioney.
It would be nice if this attracts more than the same three or four people also.

I've had to do a rewrite for consistancy. Earlier our hero stops at the water cooler to buy a drink before going out, then he has a water bottle. Also, how does he take out his water bottle with his hands cuffed behind his back? I hope you'lll forgive the rewrite. I've tried to keep the changes minimal.

Good point, but since he passed a test to prove he is human, I think we have to assume he is genetically human. Also, if someone handcuffs a person with four hands, wouldn't they use two pairs of cuffs?

Could have 3 hands (odd numbers would be harder to cuff) or a pair of covert tentacles. Given the current range of body modification, why limit yourself to the contemporary physical limitations? This is, after all, science fiction, not fact.
