Alan Moore is currently writing a hard XXX comic book called Neonomicon, based on the writings of H. P. Lovecraft, Clark Ashton Smith, Ambrose Bierce, and others. It is, like all Alan Moore scripts, brilliant. If you ever wanted to see Chthulu have sex, this comic is for you.

That's encouraging - Dave's Comix in Brighton get their new deliveries on Thursdays, so I'll pop in and see if it's crossed the Atlantic yet.

Just read it - whoa, heavy sh*t.

One thing though - much as I love Alan Moore, he still struggles with the infodump. Sometimes his characters might as well be reading out essays - Promethea and V for Vendetta were notable examples of this tendency.
