The last issue they have at Fictionwise is Jan-Feb 2011, which I already bought. I just read the review of Jul-Aug issue in Locus and wanted to buy it. I went to Amazon and they had it for $7.50, which I bought. But they now have F&SF subs for 99 cents a month. Is that right?They also offer a free sub version – which is confusing.

I was worried that F&SF might be going out of business. I never see it on newsstands anymore. I prefer ebook versions because of my eyes and the environment.

We’ll have a Kindle version soon but we have no plans to produce a version for the iPad.

Convenience and auto-delivery are important to me; I’d like to read F&SF, but if I can’t get it auto-delivered for my Kindle I’m not going to bother – I find downloading and manually copying it over to my Kindle to be “unwelcoming”.

I’m already subscribing to Analog and Asimov’s through Amazon, and would suggest that you reconsider your decision.

FWIW, I bought the newest issue from fictionwise in .mobi format. It works fine, though it lacks a hyperlinked table of contents, making it difficult to get to the individual stories :(
