I'm just curious. About when should people expect the magazine to arrive by? So December's mag looks like its been shipped as there are reviews of it, and the Jan 2009 information has already been posted in the forums here.
Has anyone/everyone received their Dec issue yet? If so when? (not just foreign subbers but anyone.)
I am not sure when to expect the mag as this is my 3rd issue, the first didn't come, the 2nd (double issue) came on time I would expect, then a week or two later the replacement of the first issue (sept) came. Since that time, the post box has been mighty lonely save for the ever present bills.Posted 1 year ago # -
The December issues shipped to our int'l subscribers a little late but they're in transit now. Unfortunately, once we ship them, we have no control over their delivery (which is why threads like this one are so valuable).

I know this forum is generally used for current subscribers who are keeping track of current issue arrival times...but, if a new subscriber wanted to check back in this thread and see how fast they might expect delivery in their area of the world it would be almost useless to them after a few weeks. This is due to the relative time stamp on the post.
"January issue arrived today in Japan" will say posted 2 minutes ago after I hit return, but 4 or 5 weeks later it will say posted a month ago. This information is like saying "the January issue arrived sometime around January."
Easy fix might be if we put the actual date it arrived.
"January issue arrived Jan 3rd in Japan" or something like that.
Just a thought.

You're right, Japanfan. the old message board kept the dates, but this new one is quite strange. So, January issue arrived in France on january 6th 2009, particularly late. Hope the February issue will be more speedy.
According to the posters still using the old message board, january arrived in the UK on december 27th and in New zealand on January 6th.

I live up in Northern Ontario and I received my subscription a couple of weeks ago, can't tell you the date for sue, but it was after the christmas hubub settled down and we remembered to go to the mail again.

Feb. issue arrived in Israel 26/1/09. I got the Jan. issue back in mid-November(!) and was waiting for this one all month... mine now. >:D

Feb issue arrived in Japan Jan 28th, 2009. Boy was I happy to see it. Gotta say the last 2 issues have been good, but read em too quickly I guess.
