    Hi, I'm Brian Jackson... But I don't have to tell *you* that!

    Listen, the editors of F&SF themselves would certainly attest to the fact that I've successfully branded the name Brian Jackson and the identity behind him over the past year here on the forum. When a Brian Jackson story hits The Magazine's slush pile, special attention is always directed to it (sometimes special postal investigations are even conducted).

    Currently I have no stories to submit, and am willing to lease my internationally well known, desired & much sought-after name brand to aspiring authors. Contact me at badfish07@yahoo.com for more information.

    10 PERCENT IN 2010 PROMOTION!

    The first 5 stories published under my highly regarded byline will pay only 10%. From then on, it's going to have to raise back up to my standard 25% cut, so get in on the ground floor, people.

    ->*Brian Jackson*<-

    PS.) Special rates apply for Stephen King

    If I had any money, I'd seriously buy you an ad in F&SF for this...

    If you can tighten it up a bit to about 10 words, I'll paypal you the money for a classified ad.

    I have heard similar concerns from many landlords, and it is important for landlords to be assertive and communicate with their tenants who fall behind on the rent. While you may have compassion for your tenants, you need to be even more diligent in your rent collection efforts or you will find your own financial situation will be at risk.
