Sunburst Award

The Sunburst Award Committee has announced the winners of the 2009 Sunburst Award for Canadian Literature of the Fantastic. The award, named for a novel by the late Phyllis Gotlieb, is a juried award presented to a Canadian author for a novel or book-length collection. It includes a prize of $1,000 and a hand-crafted medallion designed by Marcel Gagné.

  • Young Adult Fiction: Little Brother, by Cory Doctorow
