John was the greatest of friends, had a big heart and loved life. He was the funniest guy I knew, with a sharp wit. I will miss him.

John was a funny guy. He was just starting to put together a lot of great projects. He died too young. I hope they throw the book at the drunk driver that hit and killed him.

John was a childhood friend of mine and my younger brother Nick’s closest friend. We just completed funeral services for John in New York yesterday and I will say that there was an enormous expression and outpouring of love and remembrance. I hope the the Indianapolis authorities prosecute the driver to the full extent of the law.

Such sad news to hear about John. It hard to believe so many years have gone by since we last spoke. You were a very special man and will be missed.
