The Dell Magazine Awards, the Analog Analystical Laboratory (AnLab) Award and the Asimov’s Readers’ Awards, were both presented at a ceremony held in conjunction with the 2010 Nebula Award Weekend.

AnLab Awards

  • Best Novella: “Where the Winds Are All Asleep,” by Michael F. Flynn
  • Best Novelette: “Chain,” by Stephen L. Burns
  • Best Short Story: “The Universe Beneath Our Feet,” by Carl Frederick
  • Best Fact: “From Atlantis to Canoe-Eating Trees: Geomythology Comes of Age,” by Richard A. Lovett
  • Best Cover (tie): January/February 2009 by John Allemand & October 2009 by Bob Eggleton

Asimov’s Readers’ Award

    Best Novella: “Broken Windchimes,” by Kristine Kathryn Rusch

  • Best Novelette: “Blood Dauber,” by Ted Kosmatka & Michael Poore
  • Best Short Story: “Bridesicle,” by Will McIntosh
  • Best Poem: “Edgar Allan Poe,” by Bryan D. Dietrich
  • Best Cover Artist: John Picacio
