Ellison’s lawsuit is meritless, there has been no settlement, and the next event in the case will be the motion filed by my client to toss out the plaintiff’s lawsuit.
It would be fascinating to discover the precise origin of the completely false story that there had been a settlement, but the relative anonymity of the internet makes it a great medium for cowards who derive pleasure from spreading lies.
