Pierce Wins Edwards Award
The American Library Association announced that Tamara Pierce was the recipient of this year’s Margaret A. Edwards Award, presented for lifetime achievement in young adult literature. The Margaret A. Edwards Award was established in 1988 to honor an author for significant and lasting contribution to young adult literature.
