Lovecraft Square

The city of Providence has renamed the intersection of Prospect and Angell Streets “H. P. Lovecraft Square” in honor of the local author who created the Cthulhu mythos. Lovecraft lived on Angell Street, as well as on Prospect Street, for a time. The square is located one block away from his home on Prospect.
