Sheila Mathews Allen was a great wife to Irwin Allen (Posseiden Adventure,Lost In Space, Land Of The Giants) who could not have continued to create as magnificently as he had without her by his side. Rest in peace, Sheila…somewhere on “Walton’s Mountain” where you’re still answering the switchboard. Thank you for your talent.

With deepest condolences. A prayer and shooting star will happen tonite. An era is passing. Mrs. Allen—you were the power behind Irwin. Now you are re-united with your loved ones and the talented people that you used and developed. I envy you the company you are with. If I could bridge that gap, I would. Until we meet in another Time. One of your Number 1 fans, Don Crabtree
