Lathe of Heaven Premieres

The Untitled Theatre Company, which previously debuted an adaptation of Philip K. Dick’s novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep will present an all new stage adaptation of Ursula K. Le Guin’s The Lathe of Heaven at the 3LD Art and Technology Center in New York from June 6 through June 30. The play is adapted and directed by Edward Einhorn.

Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep Premieres

The Untitled Theatre Company will present an all new stage adaptation of Philip K. Dick’s novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep at the 3LD Art and Technology Center in New York from November 18 through December 11. The play is adapted and directed by Edward Einhorn and will run Thursdays through Sundays.

SF Theatre in Chicago

This year will see multiple science fiction and fantasy plays in Chicago. Currently, a stage adaptation of Cory Doctorow’s Hugo-nominated novel Little Brother is being performed at the Athenaeum Theatre. The production opened on June 14 (during Duckon) and will run through July 19.

Late this year, a musical, “The Addams Family,” will open in Chicago on November 13 (during Windycon) and will run through January 10, 2010. Starring Nathan Lane and Bebe Neuwirth, the musical will be staged at the Ford Center/Oriental Theatre.
