It has only been a short while since we revamped the SF Site. However, it has quickly become obvious that visitors want to see what else is available in the way of reviews. To help, we've put together this gateway to our Feature Reviews and highlighted the other reviews present here on the SF Site. New reviews are added to the top of each list.

Feature Reviews
As we've stated elsewhere, the SF Site is dedicated to the best in science fiction and fantasy, in print and media, on the Web and off. Whenever something strikes our interest, we add a page or two.

Each month, we analyse the site statistics of visitors, emails from folk interested in contacting us and visiting a lot of other sites both within the science fiction and fantasy field and outside of it. An obvious pattern has emerged. Our most popular pages are our feature review pages.

With this in mind, we set out to redesign the SF Site. This design builds upon the old one. Rather than go through all the pages and rework them (and likely cause confusion to our regular visitors), we're focusing upon those popular elements. Our previous home page remains but has been renamed the Contents Page, a gateway to all of the SF Site links. We've placed all the current links to new reviews on this page. It will change regularly but links to previous versions will appear prominently.

When asked, we added headings to some of the reviews. Some are self-explanatory, like Non-Fiction or Movie Review. Others like Second Look consider newly reprinted titles originally released some time ago or Series Review which refers to two or more titles in a series (which may be all in print) which merit an overall review.

When the number of features grew to more than 150 titles, it was apparent that the page would take too much time to load. So we've added another page for earlier reviews and a link to them.

For those of you who follow specific reviewers and their opinions, another page, Feature Reviews Sorted by Reviewer, laid out in a similar fashion to this one has been added.
