If you submitted a subscription order, an address change, or a “contact us” message between Thursday October 9th at noon EDT and Sunday the 12th at noon, it has been lost. (Subscriptions via PayPal were not affected.) If you contacted us during this period and did NOT receive a confirmation from us, please contact us at email@example.com or resubmit your subscription. We will verify that you are not charged twice.
