A fun, good humored movie full of chase scenes but with an effort to be scientifically accurate. Here's an article on it and on the movies that at least try for some degree of accuracy https://www.nytimes.com/2018/07/06/movies/antman-and-the-wasp-science.html

Fun and good, humored, yes. An effort to be scientifically accurate? "You keep using those words. I do not think they mean what you think they mean."

Advice to authors: If you don't actually understand science, don't try to pretend you understand science. You're just embarrasing yourself. Wave your hands and proclaim "[magic] technology", and leave it at that. Everyone will nod and go on to enjoy the movie. Don't be the next person mocked around the world for inventing "midichloreans"... or "the quantum realm".
