Started using the net in 2002 and was on the Analog Forum shortly. Was at the F&SF forum in 2004. Now I've been seventeen years on the net, they call me Mr. Midshipman Easy.

Been on the net since 2000. I must've joined the Asimov's forum about three years later. I can't remember when I joined this one—maybe 2011 or thereabouts. My longest membership is on the Ray Bradbury discussion board, which I joined in late 2001. It still exists, but there's little activity, and even less relevant activity.

February, 1995. I sometimes miss Usenet, although maybe I just grew out of it.

Just before the internet became the in-thing, I was on CompuServe (for a short period of time) through a dial-up modem. When cable companies began to offer internet access, we quickly switched. Don't remember too much, too long ago.

Wow, twenty-four years on the net for Matt Hughes. I can understand Steve R. not remembering things from the Early Days.
