I'm going to post a new joke in the sf jokes topic and see if my jokes are still glitched in that topic. I'm all right in any other topic.

Note this posting establishes a control factor, that's working with science.

The non-registration remains when I post in that topic, but did not occur in this posting, nor has it been occurring in any of my other replies to postings. Therefore, there exists an automatic omission of registration of my replies in that particular topic.

Assuming that, although my reply to that topic appears on my screen, the fact that it does not register as posted means that others can't see the posting, I'll repost the joke here to show that it exists:

A fellow was told to quit smoking or it would shorten his lifetime. He refused to quit, saying "I'll never quit smoking!" Somebody told him, "You'll quit when you're dead--no more smoking then." Said he, "I'm going to go on smoking after I'm dead!" A few years later, when he died his smoker's early death, he made good his word. He'd left word to cremate his remains.

(That could be the fellow on the cover of the latest issue.)

The joke was removed from the SF jokes topic. Clearly done by a human hand and not some automatic device. However, the joke was not removed from this topic, which is odd if there was a wish to remove the joke and not just mess with me. I originated that topic, by the way.

And again, my posting to this topic was registered and the topic was elevated to the top. The inhibitor, lately become a censor, or purger, has not reached this relevant topic as yet.
