Rios Joins Strange Horizons
Niall Harrison has announced that Julia Rios will be joining Strange Horizons and Senior Fiction Editor Jed Hartman in their fiction department. Rios has worked with Outer Alliance and with Broad Universe to promote the work of queer and women writers of speculative fiction.
