NESFA Fellows Named
NESFA bestowed the title of Fellow of NESFA on two individuals at Boskone 52 on February 15. Jane Yolen and Bruce Coville were both recognized for their contributions to science fiction and fannish culture.

YA author Bruce Coville, who found himself trapped in Egypt by the current unrest, successfully left the country with his wife, Kathy, and arrived in Frankfurt, Germany on the first leg of their trip home on February 1. Coville’s travel may be disrupted by the storm that lash across more than 2100 miles of the United States on February 2, but he is safely out of Egypt.
Author Bruce Coville arrived in Egypt on January 21 along with author Elizabeth Levy to spend a week at Alexandria’s Schutz American School. Their plans were sidelined on January 25 with protests broke out. On January 28, Coville reported they were safe in Giza and trying to secure a flight home. The authors are apparently scheduled for a US chartered flight on Wednesday, February 3.
