TAFF administrators Steve Green and Chris Garcia have called for candidates to stand for the 2010 TAFF race to bring a fan from North America to Europe for the 2010 Eastercon, Odyssey. Candidates need to have five nominators (3 North Americans, 2 Europeans), a written platform of 101 words, post a $20 bond, and a pledge to make the trip if they win. At least two candidates are required for the race to happen.

Steve Green has won the Westbound TAFF Race for 2009. Green beat out Tom Womack for the opportunity to travel to Montreal for Anticipation, this year’s Worldcon. TAFF was founded in order to help create closer ties between European and North American fandom.
